Strategic Advisor for Nonprofit Leaders
As a former executive director, I know what it’s like when your job is a daily exercise in resilience. Caring for your team and your community as you perpetually scramble to secure funding in a scarcity-driven culture, all while managing unrealistic expectations from the board, partners, donors, you name it—it’s a lot.
In my role as an advisor, I support leaders who need a trusted sounding board and experienced collaborator to tap into their inner wisdom. Together, we navigate challenges, identify opportunities for growth, and breathe into possibilities.

I am honored to be working with the consulting firm Memo I Never Got on the creation of their new program Leadership Circles where social impact leaders with intersecting identities receive critical peer learning and support.
In MING Leadership Circles leaders learn about practical resources, receive strategic advice and deep listening, and give generously to each other, forging bonds that allow them to lean into vulnerability, and honesty. Through multiple modalities–in-person gatherings; virtual sessions; a confidential listserv; and specialized workshops–the leaders in these collectives build trust to become thought partners for and with each other: sharing wisdom, insight, solutions, and emotional support.
